This is an awesome app for cataloging your preps. I recommend it to all my preppers. FB Puget Sound Preppers.

Pretty good app so far, best part is definitely just scanning bar codes. But need to have calorie information. For example, if it can find all the Mountain House data it should also include the total calories. Worth the cost though.

Needs reminders for rotating studs

At first i was a bit skeptical about this app. I had tried other apps similar and had problems finding foods to add to my lists. This app does it all. You just scan the item and add the quantities. I love the location, expiration date and buy features the best!

This app wasnt really what I was expecting. I liked the idea of having an inventory for my kitchen, and also having the ability to distinguish between adults and children. However this app is over complicated because of the options it provides however it does not actually give you an easy to understand idea of what is in your kitchen or basement or pantry. It seems that it is mostly useful for event planning or church function or after a disaster.I wouldnt recommend this app for somebody trying to use it for day today inventory management of your food items.

So nice to keep track of what I have on hand. Makes shopping so much easier. I can just check how much I have while at the store rather than guessing how much I have at home. Does take some time to input everything but well worth it.

This is the only food storage app Ive used, but it seem like it does everything it needs to do, including customized entries and ability to export to a spreadsheet. Only improvement would be to be able to type in quantities instead of scrolling through a number dial. Gets annoying when youre entering anything over 10.

I really like this app. Id tried paper inventory systems and they were just tedious and always got put away somewhere that I couldnt find when I needed it. This scanned in a very large percentage of my pantry and the ones I had to enter myself were easy. Its very customizable so Ive inventoried out other emergency supplies in it too, not just food and water. Figuring out how and where to massage all of the factors for its calculations is a bit tough at first but I think Ive got it now. More documentation somewhere would be nice. Agree with other reviewer, the wheel when entering quantities is annoying but I understand the use of the wheel, as a developer myself.

I love this app! It was (almost) exactly what I was looking for. I tried several other inventory apps because I wanted to organize my food storage. Everything I found was geared either towards a small business, or a home inventory - which would be very useful for reporting and insurance claim, but not so great for a rotating inventory. The ONLY thing I wish I could do with this app is scan my own barcodes and assign them to an item. For example, storage I bought at the LDS church cannery doesnt have barcodes. I would like to print my own to put on the cans and take inventory that way. As it is, I have to type each one in. Which definitely still works, so its not a huge deal. Overall, I am very happy with it!

Just started using today. Dont know all the capabilities yet but would love to be able to print the entire inventory, not just the shopping list. Need to post paper copy to individual storage areas so that items can be marked off as used. Have a Large family who all access food items. Add this function and this will be a 5 star app in my opinion! Also love previous reviewers comment about adding own items. Great idea!

What Im having trouble with is that after entering a category I then cant delete it also within a category when entering an item, once the item is used I cant delete it either. Another thing is that on some screens I have problems adding weights as it wont let me add fractions of a pound. Otherwise I find it a great program and it has really helped me get my food storage organized.

Thanks for the great app! Really appreciate the scanning capability and easy inventory control! Always makes me feel Slightly under prepared...... Which motivates me to work harder at my prep!

This is an excellent app for managing food storage. I think that the only improvement I would make is all for the deletion of food storage areas between categories. For instance, I recently remodeled my kitchen/pantry, and many of the site options that I previously used no longer exist, yet I have no way to delete them

Ok, like others posted, I thought I couldnt delete individual items. Turns out you simply swipe the item to the side to get the delete option like in email. Confused me because I was expecting it to come up like when deleting a group type that I added and didnt want. But it can be done and easily, too. I use SETS because I have the same items stored in two places: garage and pantry. Store larger amounts in the garage but want one total for one item name even if in both locations. In the item edit screen, scroll to SETS and say Yes. Brings up a screen for adding another location and associated quantity. Pretty nice!

I love this app. Ive tried a few others but this is the best that Ive found so far. My only problem is at times its hard to customize the quantity that I need, sublocations and remembering food and store names.

This needs a way to auto sync inventory between devices for safamily. Also, interface needs to be improved. I need to know what Im out of or scan something. The stats dont matter to me. Not intuitive. Does not account for different brands of same type of product eg Alfredo sauce.

If you are looking for an app to easily track what you have on hand in the freezer/fridge/pantry this is Not the droid youre looking for.
